The goal of therapy is to help you learn self-evaluation and gain personal insight to make lasting changes in your life.
When you come to me, be ready to work and understand that therapy is a process and not a magic pill to get “fixed.” After I meet with an individual or a couple, I assess the situation and design treatment that focuses on their specific experiences.
